A civilian vehicle in a military convoy from GWOZA to PULKA, GWOZA LGA, BORNO State detonated an IED in the vicinity of WARABE Village 15km from GWOZA around 10.00am, killing all 8 occupants and wounding 7 in a following vehicle

Gunmen allegedly led by Abba HAJI mounted in pick up trucks attacked MICHIKA, MICHIKA LGA, ADAMAWA State, around 3.00pm from the direction of SHUWA, defeating friendly forces attacking the Union Bank branch in the town and allegedly trying to abduct 4 staff members with access to the banks vault. A bus driving through the town was attacked with 3 civilians killed, stores were looted and houses burnt. Elements of 143 Bn, GULAK, MADAGALI LGA, ADAMAWA State counter attacked and the enemy withdrew towards LASSA, ASKIRA UBA LGA, BORNO State along SHUWARI-  MAIKADIRI Road, via KWAPA Village where vigilantes based in MAIKADIRI Village, MICHIKA LGA alerted friendly forces around 7.20pm, setting  up blocking positions with elements of 115 TF Bn from LASSA ambushing the enemy by. 1 x Ford and 2 x Toyota Starlets filled with food stuffs and 1 x motorcycles were captured as well as a tyre pump

Elements of 115 TF Bn have constructed water and bread factories in their position in ASKIRA UBA LGA, BORNO State

A 13 year old female suspected PBIED surrendered near Assembly Quarters in the vicinity of GIWA Barracks, MAIDUGURI, BORNO State after collapsing apparently from hunger. The suspect identified herself as ZARA and stated she and 3 or 4 others had been bought by vehicle from BANKI, BAMA LGA. The others had reportedly been taken to other parts of the city

Gunmen attacked farmers on the outskirt LASSA, ASKIRA UBA LGA, BORNO State around 2.00pm killing 4 people, they then tried to attack the village but were defeated by vigilantes
